Now Hiring: Part-Time Sales Development Representative at InvesTechs
We are seeking an obsessively organized Sales Development Representative who will manage inboxes on behalf of our clients. You will be equipped with a powerful InvesTechs AI Sales Assistant that will do 90% of the work, and needs your 10% of human attention to operate smoothly. Our goal is to deliver warm and qualified appointments on our Clients' calendars, without any effort from them. You'll collaborate closely with the Operations Department, Technology Manager, and Project Manager to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
What This Position Is Not: You will not be making cold calls to Leads, or even getting on the phone with Leads at all. You won't be expected to write the copy for marketing campaigns, although we hope our SDR can help us constantly improve our campaigns. You will not be dealing with angry customers trying to fix their subscription or services, these are all opt-in warm leads who are interested in learning more about the Client.

Daily Responsibilities
- Manage the InvesTechs AI Sales Assistant on behalf of our Clients
- Manage inboxes belonging to our Clients, responding to inbound inquiries through a unified chat inbox
- Think critically about the messaging we are delivering and make suggestions for improvement
- Pay attention to Quality of Leads being generated and provide subjective feedback to InvesTechs team
- Using both cutting-edge and traditional methods to identify ideal sales targets (ex: search relevant social networks for active communities of ideal clients and investor prospects)
Broad Responsibilities
- Learn established company procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Document processes and systems unique to your scope of work through clear and comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain and update your SOPs as procedures evolve, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Report to the Operations Team Lead and work in collaboratively with the Project Manager and Account Manager to ensure Client inboxes are fully managed

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer-facing communication.

- Level 3+ (IRL) / C1 (CEFR) spoken English, and Level 4+ (IRL) / C2 (CEFR) written English.
Work Schedule
- Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, scaling to Full-time within 3 months.
- Availability required during United States business hours Monday through Friday.
- Availability for team meetings between 9am - 12pm EST Monday through Thursday.

Interview Process
The interview process will take 2-3 weeks from start to finish depending on the volume of qualified candidates we receive. First interview round will be digital, second interview round can be in person if you're in San Juan and able to meet in Santurce. Should the competition be fierce, we may have a third round of interviews with the final candidates in a group setting.
