Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all dealership operations, including sales, finance, service, and administration.

• Develop and implement sales and profitability strategies to meet and exceed targets.

• Lead, motivate, and develop high-performance teams.

• Maintain operational and financial controls to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven management experience within a dealership or automotive group.

• Strong knowledge of automotive operations, sales, finance, and marketing.

• Ability to manage multiple locations and diverse teams.
