This is a full-time, on-site Host role based in Vieques. The Host will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring smooth and welcoming experiences. Daily tasks include answering emails and messages on all booking platforms, checking in & out guests, managing reservations, assisting with local recommendations, coordination with our housekeeping team and ensuring our rooms are at the standard of our guests.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and address inquiries confidently.

Friendly demeanor, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Previous hospitality or hosting experience is advantageous but not required.

Flexibility in scheduling, including availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Bilingual: Must be fully fluent in English & ideally also speaks Spanish fluently but not strictly required.

Interview
