What We're Looking For

  • Customer Service and Detail Oriented - maybe you've been a server in a busy restaurant and are known for never getting an order wrong and staying positive during the busiest times of day so customers ask for you when they come back
  • Enjoys a balance of a communications and documentation based responsibilities - this is a front lines remote receptionist like position that also handles the internal follow through
  • Excellent written and verbal English; professional Spanish communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

What You'll Do - Operations Assistant

  • Manage general inbound communications across phone, email, web forms, and chat
  • Respond to inquiries using approved templates and communication guidelines
  • Log, categorize, and route inquiries accurately within internal systems
  • Schedule consultations and send confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Support client intake and onboarding workflows by collecting required non-legal information
  • Monitor intake queues to ensure timely responses and proper follow-through
  • Assist with billing, payment, and administrative operational tasks as assigned
  • Support senior operations team members with day-to-day operational needs
  • Escalate urgent issues, questions, or exceptions to the appropriate team member
